Juyon Lee

Juyon Lee is a Korea-born artist based in Boston, Massachusetts. With a BA in Studio Art from Wellesley College, Lee is currently an MFA candidate at School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, graduating in May of 2021. Through spatial, temporal drawings constructed by interactive unorthodox drawing materials, like light, Mylar emergency blankets and metronomes, Lee explores the relationship between the ephemerality of human presence and the potential of human agency. The interaction between the human body, the physical object, and the light is at the core of each ephemeral experience.
