Claude Eshun
Claude Eshun is a Boston-based artist and a graduate student at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Eshun's work presents a diverse group of people that have shaped his identity. As a survivor of a car accident, Eshun's work breathes with a persevering appreciation of life. This motive shines through the vivid color palette in his unique photography. By fusing intricate colors and essential people from his life, he creates a narrative that involves political, social and environmental issues. Ultimately, Eshun's images display substance in the style that takes over the physical body, orienting critical thinking towards spirituality and a sense of character.

The series of Untitled Photographs mainly focuses on portraiture, establishing a close connection between a viewer and a photograph. This connection allows for an intimacy that allows the audience to reflect on racial prejudices through a style that, according to the artist, reinforces critical thinking.
